All About the United Kingdom Tai Chi Qi Gong Foundation

The United Kingdom Taiji Qi Gong Foundation delivers training in health and well being programmes accessible and suitable for people of all ages and abilities and backgrounds based on the traditional teaching of Taiji and Qigong.

The principal, instructors and advisory board have many years experience in training and teaching as well as specific areas of expertise. They ensure the continued development of the United Kingdom Taiji Qigong Foundation and that of all who wish learn, teach and train with the Foundation. The core activities of the United Kingdom Taiji Qigong Foundation are:

• To train teachers.
• To deliver health and well being programmes to suit individual and organisational needs.
• To help people adopt Taiji Qigong and a healthy approach to life as part of their every day lives.
• To offer people the chance to learn Chinese health and internal martial arts in welcoming and friendly environments.

The United Kingdom Taiji Qigong Foundation offers a comprehensive selection of health and well beingcourses as well as Chinese Internal Health Art Courses. Each of these courses fuses ancient Eastern exercise and healing concepts with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medical training and learning perspectives to give people the best possible advantage of improving their own health. We are focused on delivering teaching of the highest standard throughout the United Kingdom in all aspects of Chinese Health and Martial Arts. Working with people of all backgrounds who wish to improve their own health, that of their company or organisation or those who wish to pursue a career in teaching Tai Chi and Qigong. We offer a constructive, sustainable, healthy approach to life.
