Why do we offer these courses?

Health and Well Being Trainer Training and Retreats

We offer these course to give people choice in their approach to maintaining and improving their health. We understand the importance of a healthy body and allowing people to rejuvenate and rest. Our Health and Wellbeing courses and Retreats facilitate this process taking people away from the buzz of daily life enabling people to help themselves to get more out of life.

We understand that in our society there are great deal of people who suffer on a daily basis, and we believe if our bodies are healthy, our quality of life will improve. We want people to gain the tools to improve the quality of their lives today. The purpose of these programmes is to enable the proven health benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to be made accessible to everyone. All of the courses taught by the United Kingdom Tai Chi Qigong Foundation are known to help combat many of problems encountered in every day life and are therefore relevant to everyone.

Intensive Chinese Martial Arts Seminars

For many the study of Martial Arts is a life long journey encompassing, healthy body and mind, self awareness, self defence, determination, hard work, ongoing sense of achievement and a drive to learn the art of your choice striving for a feeling of satisfaction and contentment. The Chinese Internal Martial Arts of Tai Chi Quan, Bagua Zhang, Xingyi Quan, Baji Quan all benefit the practitioner in different ways helping to create a complete Martial Artists. The courses offered by the UKTQF focus on key concepts and fundamental practices of each art. The range of courses offered enables a practitioner to focus on one particular art or area or on all of the Chinese Internal Arts helping them to develop as people and martial artists.

Personal Security and Self Confidence

We believe everybody has the right to feel safe in any context of life. The lessons we teach on these courses are easily accessible and relevant to today’s society. Looking at people as individuals developing their awareness and confidence in a range of situations to reduce the chance of any type of attack or conflict.

The Elevated Training Programme

This programme for training is for people who are commited to learning and developing Chinese Health and Internal Martial Arts. The increased time spent training enables a more indepth and personal approach to learning. The areas Covered by the Elevated Training Programme- Tai Chi Chuan, Health Promoting Qigong, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Baji Quan, and Weapons Training.

Elevated Training Programme members can attend any of the courses offered by The United Kingdom Tai Chi Qigong Foundation but there are a number of Closed Elevated Training Programme Specific Workshops
This programme offers people the opportunity to develop and improve their skills in a unique training environment.
