For centuries, Chinese Qigong Masters have observed the liberating, graceful movements of the Wild Goose in flight, and adopted these flowing gestures to improve their own health and well being by facilitating the smooth uninhibited flow of Qi through their bodies.
Wild Goose Qigong is composed of smooth flowing forms and is an excellent form of low impact exercise for developing general health and well being and cultivating Qi.
Wild Goose Qigong is practised throughout China, and is gaining global recognition for reducing stress and anxiety. Practising the forms improves overall physical fitness, balance, and flexibility with clear benefits for the cardiovascular, central nervous, and digestive systems.
A beautiful set of exercises that are accessible to people of all ages and experience, and taught in way that enables people to develop at their own pace in a supportive environment.
This is an excellent introduction to medical qigong and is a lovely form to learn.
This Course is taught so as to be suitable for people of all ages and standards, from beginner to advanced level.
