The 8 Step Exercise Programme has been developed by UKTQF Founder Raymond Towers as a structured approach to whole body and mind conditioning for all those interested in their mental and physical health, well being, and performance.

The 8 Step Exercise Programme consists of eight exercise sets, each set having eight specific exercises with a given emphasis. The 8 Step Dao Yin Set taught on this exciting weekend is a Chinese Yoga set that detoxes conditions nnd nurtures the tissues of the body.

The integrity of this programme is found in its historical connection to the rich source of health and well being practice in the culture of the Traditional Chinese Health and Longevity arts.

The 8 Step Exercise Programme is a simple, accessible yet powerful exercise programme that you can take away with you and integrate in to your daily programme with confidence.

This course is taught so as to be suitable for people of all ages and experience, from beginner to advanced level.
