Health and Wellbeing
The course we offer as part of our Health and Well being programme give people a choice in their approach to maintaining and improving their health. We understand the importance of a healthy body and the challenges posed with busy schedules or the onset of conditions that affect the normal functions of a healthy person. Allowing people to strengthen, rejuvenate, rest and improve the health of their bodies is a challenging process. Our Health and Well being courses and Retreats facilitate this taking people away from the buzz of daily life, giving them the tools and an understanding of how to use them to get more out of life for themselves whether they suffer from fatigue, stress related conditions, weakening and aching joints or low energy levels.
We understand that in our society there are great deal of challenges posed to people on a daily basis. We believe if our bodies and minds are healthy, our ability to deal with theses challenges and our quality of life will improve. We all need positive guidance and an accessible structure to follow. We want people to gain the tools to improve the quality of their lives today. The purpose of these programmes is to enable the proven health benefits of Taiji and Qi Gong to be made accessible to everyone. All of the courses taught by the United Kingdom Taiji Qigong Foundation are known to help combat many of problems encountered in every day life and are therefore relevant to everyone.
