What is Wild Goose Qi Gong

For centuries, Chinese Qi Gong Masters have observed the liberating, graceful movements of the Wild Goose in flight, and adopted these flowing gestures to improve their own health and well being by facilitating the smooth uninhibited flow of Qi through their bodies. Wild Goose Qigong is composed of two smooth flowing forms and is an excellent form of low impact exercise for developing general health and well being and cultivating Qi.

Wild Goose Qigong is practiced throughout China, and is gaining global recognition for reducing stress and anxiety, while improving overall physical fitness, balance, and flexibility with clear benefits for the cardiovascular, central nervous, and digestive systems.
