The Chinese Internal Martial Arts

The Chinese Internal Martial Arts (neijia) of Taijiquan (T'ai Chi Chuan), Xingyiquan (Hsing-I Chuan), and Baguazhang (Pa Kua Chang), Bajiquan (Ba Ji Chuan) and the External Art (waijia) of Shaolin Gong Fu are martial arts which offer great insight into the connected movement of the body to enhance health, strength, flexibility and martial skills.
