Train Privately with Raymond Towers

Raymond is now available for private tuition, giving lovers of the arts the opportunity to train privately with one of the finest teachers in the West. All training will take place in the town of Millom which is situated on Western Side of the Lake District, so you can also integrate your learning with a holiday in the Lakes.

Private lessons are based around the Shen Dao system developed by Raymond to bring you the best that the arts have to offer. If you are a complete beginner then Raymond will be happy to create a programme with you that introduces you to the Core Syllabus of the Shen Dao system. If you are an advanced practitioner then he will be happy to look with you at how you may enhance your practice, using the Core Syllabus to go "back to basics" in order that your entire practice may benefit.

Availability

Raymond will be available for tuition when he is not fulfilling other teaching commitments, so advanced booking is essential.

Private Tuition will only be available on weekdays. Tuition is on a session basis with a maximum of two sessions a day. You may book one or both sessions on any day.

You may book sessions for one or several consecutive days up to one full working week (five days) at a time.

Session 1: 10am to 11.15 am

Session 2: 11.30 am to 12.45 am

The sessions can be attended by up to 4 people booking together.

Costs 

The cost will be £45 a session for up to 4 people booking together.

Booking Requirements

1.    Please supply a choice of weekday dates between at least EIGHT weeks in advance.
2.    Please indicate your background, aspirations and interests for your practice.  Raymond will build on this plus his observations of your practice to help you develop.
3.    We will contact you to confirm dates.
4.    Payment is made on the day

Training Requirements

You must be willing to practice in all types of weather, and thus suitably dressed, as all tuition will take place outside with Nature – excepting torrential downpours or storms.

Cancellation Policy

1.    Once you have received your confirmation email, cancellation policy is as follows:
            Cancellation more than 2 weeks in advance – 50% of the full fee
            Less than two weeks in advance – full fee remains payable
2.    In the unlikely event that Raymond has to cancel, he will do his best to  make time for you at the earliest possible opportunity.
